1. Who we are
This website, ukola.com, is operated by Repeat Ethic LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Ukola," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product photos may include models and styling for illustration. Fit and results vary by body type, size and how the product is worn.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
5. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
7. Product use and health disclaimer
Ukola shapewear is designed to smooth and shape your figure while you wear it. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a weight-loss product.
Please wear Ukola for no more than 8 hours at a time. If you feel pain, numbness, shortness of breath or discomfort, loosen or remove it right away.
If you are pregnant, have recently given birth (including by C-section), have had recent surgery, or have any medical condition, please talk to your doctor before wearing shapewear.
8. Reviews and content you send us
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it's your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to display it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to Repeat Ethic LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to hack it, scrape it, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
11. Third-party services
Our site uses third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers and apps. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
