Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Free US shipping on orders over $59.
Orders under $59 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.

Processing time

We pack and ship your order within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery takes about 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add a few days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email support@ukola.com.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping. Reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email support@ukola.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.
